CROWDER CEMETERY


Crowder Cemetery is located north of Mossy Head, Walton County, Florida. In 1852, a Mr. Rogers of Geneva, A1abama~ was temporary living near, when his son died. The Britton Lumber Company donated two acres for a cemetery. Some of the information in parentheses ( ) was given by John Wilson Richardson to Ellery H. Harvey, adding names to many unmarked graves and tombstones. Surveyed again in October, 1995, with added information by Marla Drake Dooley.
