LEONARD RAY GIBSON
Resident of: Skidaway Island, Georgia
Died: Feb. 10, 2004 at his home
Born: July 30, 1916, in CampWalton, Florida to early settlers of the Wright community,
Parents: Silas Gibson and Alma Monahan Gibson. It is said that Silas GIBSON moved to Camp Walton in 1916 from Canada and started a dairy farm in Wright.
Preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Bob, Billy, Cyrus, Jack and Lloyd; and by his sister, Donna.
Survived by his wife of sixty-two years, Julienne MOORE GIBSON; his daughter and her husband, Candace and Fred BICKEL of Lake Wylie, S.C.; his son and his wife, Sterling and Krista GIBSON of Allen, Texas; and by his two grandchildren, Justin and Zachary; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Services: Feb. 14, 2004, chapel of Emerald Coast Funeral Home, Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Survived by daughter, Bunny WILSON, and her husband Jack and their children Jack, daughter-in-law Polly and their children, Eleazar and Eden; son, Jeff, daughter-in-law Laura and their children, Kirsten, Bethany and Julia; and their daughter Jill; daughter, Alice WAGNON, and her children, Christy, Luke and Jesse; and son, Carroll, Jr. (Chip) WOOLWINE and his wife, Rosemary and their children, Zack and Chelsea.
