For a copy of a death certificate in Volusia County from 1980 to present write to the following address, There is a charge of $7.00 for each certificate. For death certificates prior to 1980 write to HRS in Jacksonville, Fla. under the "Where to write for Vital Records-Florida" on my front page.

Last name ONLY will get you ALL the records, First name may be spelled different than what you have.
