Barrineau Family Cemetery

In 2006, this small family cemetery is clean and well-maintained. There are burials of two children in 1908 and 1909, so this cemetery has been in existence for about 100 years. It is approximately 130' x 160' in size. Little history exists, but according to Sarah (Barrineau) Creel, the land was donated by her grandfather, C.H. Barrineau (Charles Henry).

Directions: Beginning at the signal light in Cantonment at US29 and C-184, drive north [right lane] for 0.2 miles to CR-095A, and take it right. Continue to drive about 3.8 more miles to this small, neat cemetery on the right at North Chipper Road.

This transcription of the Barrineau Family Cemetery was taken from the handwritten notes of William F. & Melissa Wright.
